These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. SMS Messaging Terms

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS service, you consent to receive SMS updates, reminders, and promotional offers from Rabbit Savior Inc. Message frequency varies and may depend on user interaction and campaigns. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt-out of the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile number.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Rabbit Savior Inc. may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to the 9097076400. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Rabbit Savior Inc. will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Carriers and Delivery

Rabbit Savior Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier issues. Supported carriers include major U.S. providers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase.
The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. Rabbit Savior Inc. is a 501(c)(3) donation platform that does not offer refunds; all donations are final when made.
