Fund My Bun™ is a crowd-sourced donation service

Fund My Bun™ is designed to help our members through the financial difficulties that come with emergency medical issues or an overwhelming health crisis. This service allows members to submit a summary of their situations which is then posted to our Fund My Bun™ crowd-funding page where Rabbit Savior™, our partners and corporate donors, members and other charitable individuals can make donations to help cover their vet and health care bills. Rabbit Savior™ does not charge a fee or percentage. This service is part of your membership. Simply click the Launch Campaign button above and submit a paragraph description of your situation, three photos, and copies of your vet or health related bills or estimates.

REQUIREMENTS TO LAUNCH A CAMPAIGN

1. All campaign funding goals must be backed by invoices or receipts for veterinarian services, prescriptions, or legitimate health services for your rabbit. Formal quotes from a vet or rabbit health professional can also be used, but will not be paid until there is a verifiable receipt or invoice.

2. Goal amounts cannot include bills that have been, or will be paid by insurance or Bun Bill™ Assistance. All invoices and receipts will be confirmed before they are paid out.

3. Total amount for the campaign goal must be $1,000 or more (with the receipts, invoices, or estimates to back up that amount).

4. All invoices and bills will be confirmed with the vet or company before funds are paid out. If a bill or invoice cannot be verified, the funds will go back to the person/persons who made donations.

5. Each campaign must include a short 1-2 paragraph summary of the situation, 3 photos of your rabbit or other things relative to the situation, and PDFs, images, or photos of the invoices, bills, or formal estimates that make up the campaigns goal for funding.

Fund My Bun™ is accepting campaigns in April. The interface will be simple and easy to use. Scroll down to see how it works.

You can view summaries on a scrolling list like the on the right, or click to a page where they can all be seen at once. Just click on any one that you find compelling to see more information and to make a donation.

Fund My Bun™ campaigns are fully vetted upon applications and then all bills are verified before payment.

EACH CAMPAIGN HAS PHOTOS, THE RABBIT’S STORY, BILLS AND ESTIMATES, THE TARGET, AND DONATION OPTIONS

All of the Fund My Bun™ campaigns are submitted and approved before posting and includes 3 photos, a summary of the rabbits story, a ‘clickable’ list of all medical bills and estimates in PDF format that visitors can review. The target or goal is always equal to the posted bills/estimates. THIS IMAGE IS JUST AN EXAMPLE

The bottom of each campaign has donation buttons in various amounts. Clicking on one of the amounts will put it into the shopping cart. To complete the donation, visitors just need to go to the cart and check out.

If a campaign is ‘over-funded’ the last donators will be offered a refund that can be put back on their credit card, put into the Fund My Bun™ general donations account, or funded to another campaign of their choice.
